DESCRIPTION
Plantéria® CF is natural organic compounds derived from citrus fruits which contains a group of active ingredients of Bioflavonoids, Polyphenols, Citric acid and Ascorbic acid, and is mainly used as a multi-hurdle antioxidant and antimicrobial in a variety of foods.

BEER
1 g/kg of Plantéria® CF was added to Beer brewing just before bottling of the beers to avoid the second fermentation caused by residual yeasts in the beers. The second fermentation is usually the main cause of  blowing and exploding of bottles/cans.
 
OAT MILK
1 g/kg of Plantéria® CF added to the recipe of oat milk production gave a significant decrease in CFU for Total Plate Counts and Yeast Counts to give shelf-life for up to 34 days.
