DESCRIPTION
Epolyly® HCL is pure ε-Polylysine HCL concentrate, derived naturally from a controlled fermentation of Streptomyces diastatochromogenes. Epolyly® HCL is an ideal natural broad-spectrum antimicrobial for extending the shelf life of a variety of foods and beverages.

ε –Polylysine has been approved as a food antimicrobial in 4 countries, including China, Japan, South Korea, and the United States. The regulations governing the use Epolyly® HCL vary considerably in the countries in which it is currently approved.

It is recommended to use it after ensuring compliance with your local regulations.
