Description

Fungus in food is a major challenge for global food manufacturers. Natamycin is permitted worldwide as a highly effective antifungal solution. However, conventional natamycin crystals have a low solubility and rapid sediments in liquid, and are therefore reducing effectiveness when applied on or in foods. The novel recrystallized natamycin is increased to 2-time higher solubility from conventional natamycin, and produce a better uniform dispersion and durable suspension when dissolved into liquid formula.  

Natasan™ Natamycin slurry is maximized natamycin solubility, and carried with mushroom powder to form a uniform transparent film, limiting water immigration, effective against various bacterial, yeast and molds in food and beverage applications.
